At Chic & Unique Bracelets ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns for Full Refund
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Custom or personalized bracelets are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact us at chicuniquebracelets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: Once approved, ship the item back to us at:

- Step 3: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
3. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
- Customers will pay for initial shipping to Chic & Unique Bracelets should they request repairs due to their own error. Chic & Unique Bracelets will cover the second shipping costs for items that are repaired and then shipped back to the customer.
